You, the customer, agree that you are the registered and legal owner of this vehicle and have authority to freely enter into this agreement, or have been authorized by the legal owner of the vehicle(s) to freely enter into this agreement with AA Car Transport, LLC.
AA Car Transport, LLC offers multiple types of services.В These services include, but are not limited to: Regular, Express, Expedited, Enclosed Transport and International Transport. Prices vary depending on the type of service chosen. Express, Expedited, and Enclosed services require an additional fee above the original quote provided as follows:
Regular Service/ Open Transport: Original quote price. Estimated time for pickup: within 3 business days.
Express Service: a minimum of $150.00 will be added to the original quoted price Guaranteed pick up within 3 business days.
Expedited Service: a minimum of $250.00 will be added to the original quoted price – Guaranteed pick up within 24 hours.
Enclosed Transport: a minimum of $500 will be added to the original quoted price. Estimated time for pickup: within 3 business days.
Prices may vary/fluctuate based on current market prices. All cancellation, rescheduling and inoperable fees apply as with all types of services.
AA Car Transport, LLC will not be responsible for demurrage at any port facility. All prices given for international transports arriving in a designated foreign country will be for door to port transport unless otherwise noted or otherwise agreed upon by an AA Car Transport, LLC.
The customer is responsible to completely disarm the alarm system, unless it is a factory alarm. In such case, customer or authorized agent will notify carrier.
It is the customer’s responsibility to have the full payment at that time of delivery in the form of cash, cashier’s check or bank or postal money order only, unless prior arrangements are made with your sales representative. AA Car Transport, LLC or its agents do not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date. Many variables determine these dates such as, traffic, weather, drop off points along the delivery route, etc. As a licensed broker, in the event deemed necessary by circumstance, Customer authorizes AA Car Transport, LLC, its subcontractors, agents and employees to jointly or separately operate and transport the vehicle(s) in any manner needed between its pick up location and the destination to fulfill the obligations under this Agreement. Prices given are for running vehicles unless otherwise noted and discussed as inoperable. Inoperable or oversized will endure extra charges. If carrier is not advised of inoperable or oversized vehicles prior to pick up, all extra charges must be paid in cash, certified check or money order at the time of delivery. Vehicles must be tendered to carrier in good running condition (unless otherwise noted) with no more than a half tank of fuel (prefer 1/4 tank).
Customer warrants that he will pay the price quoted due to AA Car Transport, LLC for delivered vehicles, and will not seek to charge back a credit card payment or stop a check to offset any dispute for damage claims or any other reason. If a charge back or dispute is initiated after the vehicle(s) has been delivered, customer will be responsible to pay all fees associated with the charge back.
Any misrepresentations of vehicle(s) will terminate this order and the cancellation fee will be applied. All vehicles represented on order do not have additional effects such as low clearance, roll and/or light bars, camper top, or pickup truck shell, extended body or roof line, over sized tires, lift kits or lowered suspension or any other effects that may affect the transport and/or handling of the vehicle by AA Car Transport, LLC. All vehicles must have clearance of at least 6 inches from the ground in order to be loaded on to an open car carrier. All modifications must be noted by the reservation department and it may affect the price.
Customer acknowledges that AA Car Transport, LLC does not authorize personal belongings in the vehicle(s) and that items are not covered by carrier insurance and agrees that choosing to do so is completely at personal risk. Customer agrees to remove all personal or household items from vehicle(s) prior to shipment. The trunk of the car may be filled up to 75 pounds with soft goods only. No items may be packed in the front or back seats of the vehicle(s). No electronic equipment, valuables, plants, live pets, alcohol, drugs or firearms, may be left in the vehicle. Customer shall remove all non-permanent outside mounted luggage and other racks prior to shipment. Carrier will not be liable for damage caused by leaking fluids, freezing, exhaust systems, fog lights, or antennas not tied down. Carrier is not liable for damage caused to vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items. No items may be placed inside the vehicle or in the trunk of any vehicles that are being shipped overseas, including puerto rico, hawaii and alaska.
Customer acknowledges that the transport truck is subject to inspection by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Authorities of the law at every state line and can be fined up to $10,000 if found to be carrying household goods, or any and all illegal substances. The car is subject to be impounded, in such event, Customer hereby releases AA Car Transport, LLC from any and all responsibilities and acknowledges that all fines, fees and expenses will be passed to the owner of the car.
Transporters will get as close to your door as possible for the pickup and delivery of your vehicle(s). If deemed necessary, and for safety reasons, they are not able to do so, they will ask you to meet them at a safe location to perform their duties. Customer or his agent, who has been identified in writing to AA Car Transport, LLC, shall be present at the point of pick up or delivery. If customer or his authorized agent is not present at the time of delivery, the vehicle(s) will be placed in storage at the customer’s expense.
AA Car Transport, LLC does not agree to pay for your rental of a vehicle in the event of a late delivery or delay. Additionally, AA Car Transport, LLC is not liable for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle. Customer agrees that there will be no car rentals arising from a delay in the delivery, pickup and/or damage of vehicle(s) and AA Car Transport, LLC shall not be liable for car rentals at any time whatsoever.
AA Car Transport, LLC does not offer reimbursement for rescheduled flights, rental vehicles, storage fees, or any added expense caused by carrier delays.
AA Car Transport, LLC does not guarantee transport by any specific driver/carrier. Insurance for your vehicle(s) is provided by the carrier assigned to your move. AA Car Transport, LLC, a broker, is restricted by law from providing Insurance for your move.
The customer, or his authorized agent, agrees that their insurance will be the primary insurance when the amount of the damage does not meet the carrier deductable.
AA Car Transport, LLC will not be responsible for vandalism, acts of god (fire, flooding, hail, sand storm, tornadoes, and earthquakes and the like) or objects flying from the road or sky during transport. Customer must maintain their own insurance for the aforementioned reasons.
AA Car Transport, LLC shall not be responsible and will not be held liable for any damages caused by the carrier assigned to transport your vehicle.
In the event that damage is caused to the vehicle(s), it must be noted at the time of delivery and the driver must sign the inspection report. No claim will be honored without the driver signature. Additionally, customer must submit in writing a description of damage, clear pictures, and 2 estimates within ten (10) days of receipt of said vehicle directly to the designated carrier for any resolution to be initiated. AA Car Transport, LLC will not accept responsibility for any negligence of the assigned carrier. AA Car Transport, LLC will however assist in any way possible to resolve claim issues with the carrier. If your vehicle is valued at a higher than market rate, you should purchase a special insurance rider.
Due to many variables which cannot be controlled, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. If customer chooses to expedite an order and carrier does not arrive on the specified date as indicated on the contract, the customer may request a refund of the expedited fee. The deposit however, will not be refunded.
The customer will be required to pay the deemed broker fee once a carrier is assigned to pick up the vehicle. By providing your credit card information over the telephone to a sales representative when making a reservation request, you are authorizing AA Car Transport, LLC to charge your card the agreed upon amount after a carrier has been assigned to the order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your vehicle(s) and may be paid by cash, cashier’s check or bank or postal money order only unless prior arrangements are made with a representative from AA Car Transport, LLC. Customer, or authorized agent, understands and agrees that if payment is not ready at the time of delivery, the car will be placed in storage at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible to have their car ready for shipping. If the carrier assigned arrives to pick up a vehicle that has been noted as operable and discovers that the vehicle is inoperable, a fee of up to $175.00 will be charged assuming the current carrier is still able to load the vehicle. If the carrier is not equipped to load an inoperable vehicle, both the inoperable fee and rescheduling fee of $150.00 may apply. If the order must be rescheduled, a new price quote may need to be provided as the original quoted price may no longer be valid.
Once AA Car Transport, LLC assigns this transport to a carrier, the agreed upon payment amount will be charged to the credit card provided by the customer. All payments are non-refundable once AA Car Transport, LLC assigns this job to a carrier and full payment may be retained and considered earned by AA Car Transport, LLC. In addition, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be charged if the order is cancelled after a carrier is scheduled.
When placing a reservation request you are authorizing AA Car Transport, LLC to work on your order and post your information on the several national boards. You are also agreeing that you will give exclusivity for 7 (seven) business days to AA Car Transport, LLC in order to work on your reservation request and will not allow another company to post your vehicle information. The seven days will begin from the first available date listed on the contract or from the date that the signed contract is received by our office (whichever is later). If the customer’s vehicle information is posted on the national boards by another company after the reservation request has been made with AA Car Transport, LLC, the order will be cancelled and a cancellation fee of $150.00 may apply. If the order is cancelled within the seven days of exclusivity, a cancellation fee of $150.00 may be assessed. If an order must be placed on hold at any point, customer understands that the price may change once the hold is removed, depending on market prices. All cancellation or hold requests must be submitted in writing by fax or email.
Any refusal of allowing AA Car Transport, LLC and or the contract carrier to provide its services or any vehicle that is not prepared for pick up on the scheduled date will cause the customer to forfeit their payment and will be charged a dry run fee of $250.00 on the credit card used for the initial payment. If the customer chooses to continue with the order, a rescheduling fee of $150.00 will be charged in addition to the initial payment already paid.
This is a binding contract. By either submitting your order online, sending us your order by fax or by email, AA Car Transport, LLC understands that you are placing your order and accept the terms and conditions (in lieu of your signature) found here and on AA Car Transport, LLC ‘s web site. You consent to the listed charges and agree that you have read and consent to the terms listed above. You understand that you are hiring AA Car Transport, LLC as an agent on your behalf to locate an auto transport company to relocate your vehicle(s) and will not hold AA Car Transport, LLC liable for delays, damages and or acts of god. This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida. The parties further agree that any legal action arising out of this agreement shall be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction within Broward County, Florida. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any and all defenses based on lack of personal jurisdiction. AA Car Transport, LLC can only be liable for up to the amount of the listed deposit/down payment amount located on your quotation. In no case can AA Car Transport, LLC be held liable for the designated carrier’s damage. AA Car Transport, LLC will provide carriers insurance certificate and carrier information should any controversy arise. This supersedes all prior written or oral representation of AA Car Transport, LLC and constitutes the entire agreement between customer and AA Car Transport, LLC and may not be changed except in writing signed by an officer of AA Car Transport, LLC.
